I have been a severe binger/bulimic since I was 14. After 10 years I've vowed to get the weight off once and for all and to stop being bulimic.
Height: 5' 9.5"
Weight: 230lbs.
1st Weight Goal: 215lbs. {8-15-11}
2nd Weight Goal: 200lbs.
3rd Weight Goal: 175lbs.
Ultimate Weight GOAL: 150lbs.

Ok so I’m talking about when she got really thin a few years back. I read in an article that she lost all that weight over the course of 3 years! So this was clearly something that she made a lifestyle and not just a quick fix diet.
She probably restricted a lot but had days when she ate more. So…

I did pretty well today
I had some carrots and hummus and a bagel for breakfast this morning.
I had lots and lots of water
Some chai tea and a veggie sandwich with hummus and avocado for dinner.
It’s getting easier, I just had to pee a lot.
And I’m pretty tired.
I have a lot of adderall but I don’t want to take it because I tend to get spacey…and I just started my new job at the coffee shop so that would be bad haha….
Did I mention I’m working for a coffee shop??? So…pastries galore!? I think I’m doing really well though :)

saltsaltsalt: I am 5’3. I still want to lose a little more but with exercise. I believe I have lost around 4 stone (56-60 pounds) by just eating healthy. I am so much happier with myself/my weight now, and looking back at the photos I can hardly recognise myself.
